William Diender vs Orono Wor Petchpun, Slamm III

June 13, 2007 by nopstar

We’re in luck, and when I say we I’m talking about those of us living in the States with limited access to Muay Thai action. The fights from the May Slamm III event are finally being broadcasted on Eurosport. Once again, many thanks to our Danish brother HLbyColargol for taking the time to upload these.

This first fight is William Diender vs Orono Wor Petchpun. Those of you who are up on your Muay Thai will remember that Orono was previously Orono Majestic Gym. Orono has had two stoppage wins over Yodsanklai and had also beaten Buakaw on points twice. I’m sure we are going to be seeing a lot more of him internationally, especially with dance moves like that.

Wow nice moves… so much for Thai reserve.

I love it how he set that head kick up with a body kick first and then the next technique he had william thinking that he was going to go for another body shot but he went to the head instead. I’m a southopaw and i mos def have to try that. Sa wa Dee Khrap

that was a brutal kick. man…. guy seems like a personality, clowning before the fight. and that dance… shit, Neungsiam doesn’t even have moves like that.

When you mentioned Orono- I was thinking The Black Superman, but that guy is probably 100 years old. Bad ass guy! I hope to see more of him on the international level. I’m assuming he fights at MW or JMW.

Diender was mocking Orono’s wai kru and so Orono showed up with his crotch dance. Fair play imo.
