Christian Tran and Weapons 9 Promotions was the first promotion on the East Coast to bring Full Rules Muay Thai to New Jersey back when they hosted the Warriors cup XII in July, of 2011 bringing over Liam Harrison from Bad Company Gym in Leeds, UK to take on Justin Greskiewicz from Cool Hearts Muay Thai in Philadelphia, PA

On April 6th, 2013 they will be hosting The Warriors Cup XVI featuring Brett Hlavacek vs Stephen Richards for the WBC National Title at 168 lbs. This event was originally supposed to take place on November 3rd, 2012 but due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy the event was postponed.

Brett Hlavacek along with , and is a fighter a lot of people have been talking about over on the East Coast. Brett Hlavacek is currently undefeated at 6 wins, 0 losses. If he defeats Stephen Richards he will be a WBC Title Holder along with , and .

Unfortunately you can’t use elbows in New York, so New Jersey has been the place if you want to see Full Rules Muay Thai. Hopefully that’ll be overturned in the near future. Warriors Cup XVI will most likely be available for streaming at Gofightlive TV.
