I’ve been spending too much time trying to get up the K-1 Sweden Finals… for some reason veoh isn’t cooperating.
But no worries, Tong Po to the rescue! Many thanks to Tong Po for passing this video along. We’ve done a post on this in the past, but as some of you know Tyrone Spong spent some time in the States with Floyd Sr. Spong’s got some skills, 23 years of age… kind of scary to consider how much time he still has in the game. Corbett should worry.
Anyway, you’ll have to listen to a few minute of Sr’s dribble… but it’s all part of it. You enjoy this and I’ll see if I can’t sort out what is happening to our vids.

Did you mean K-1 Scandinavia finals? You have it on youtube.

Floyd Sr. is crazy insane! He’s still one of the best boxing trainers out there though! Look at how Spong did in boxing sparring! Long reach, good power!

Besides Tyrone being by far the hottest Dutch fighter out there, he has some great skills in boxing. I am not sure if you all hear that he got into a motorcycle accident. Anyways hopefully he recovers and we see more of him.
