The “300″ Workout
April 23, 2007 by nopstar
So I take it most of you have checked out the movie “300″. I had a blast; it’s a great action flick. Sitting there I couldn’t help but feel fat. During the movie I kept thinking to myself, fuck I’ve gotta go do some crunches.
Anyway like I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been participating every now and again in my friends Ross Training routine. I’m really into the variety and challenge. I think I’m mostly into the variety, lifting can get old real quick.
So I’ve been seeing bits and pieces of the 300 workout here and there. I was curious and did a little digging. I found the website of the Trainer who developed and “crushed” the actors into shape.
If you get a chance check out their site Gym Jones.com , there’s a video section with them running lots of “alternative” workouts / routines. I’m actually a fan of their “Ball” workouts, looks like something I can try on my own. From what I can gather, they don’t offer personal training to everyone. You’ve got to be invited to train with them… whatever.
Here is a clip explaining what elements are in the 300 workout. Good luck.

Insane!
I just saw the movie 300 on Sunday and I was thinking the same thing about the crunches. I almost started working out in the theater.
Get AWAY from that ego exclusive BS!
