Mixing it Up Part II – Hot Yoga

I did a post last week about changing up my routine, trying to keep things fresh.  I find that if I mix things up it improves my training and prevents burnout.

I find I’m always close to burn out… I need to change things up to keep focused and enthusiastic about training.  About 6 years ago a Bikram Yoga studio opened up down the block from my apt.  I started going and really found it beneficial to my long distance running and my Muay Thai. Read more

Neungsiam Victorious

Shout out to my boys back in the Bay!  I wanted to write a quick post to congratulate my friend and former trainer Neungsiam Samphusri for his unanimous decision win against Shinchiro Ohno.

Neungsiam fought last weekend in Southern California.  The other fights on the ticket were Kaensak Soh vs. Fabio Pinca,  Hector Pena vs. Kongnapa.
