This was another fight from the Oktagon fight series in Milan… a surprisingly good card coming out of Italy. It sounded like it was really well attended, I know they kept saying 10K people but can that be right? Those are some serious numbers…
Anyway, here is one of the most polarizing fighters in our beloved sport Sudsakorn Sor. Klinmee. You either love him or you hate him… increasingly I find myself moving towards the center. He’s just such a cock… it’s hard not to like him.
I think he started to lose the crowd in this fight a bit, the crown erupted everytime Xu Yan would put his hands on him. If it’s true that Xu Yan really only had 40 fights, I’ve got to tip my hat to him… clearly the promoter put matched them so it’s was going to be a Sudsakorn highlight reel, but that clearly didn’t happend. Despite getting pummelled a bit I think Xu Yan put on a respectable showing.

impressive performance by the ref’s hair. i like the technique displayed throughout the entire bout, staying stoic and completely unmoved under pressure. truly inspiring how composed it stayed under all the high paced action in the 3rd round.

I’m not sure I would call that stoic… I think towards the end he was a bit embarrassed that he got his nose bloodied.

Even though it was a mismatch i enjoyed the fight. About Sudsakorn in general. He plays the game and he does it great. The people who ‘hate’ him should take a good look at themselves and realize it’s just a game.

If one technique in this fight sums up Sudsakorn’s attitude it’s the toss he executes approximately 20 seconds into the fight. Xu Yan is still in the air, Sudsakorn’s back is already turned, and…he’s flexing for the crowd. Damn, I love this guy…
