Singdam Kiatmoo9 vs. Lerdsila Chumpairtour

Props to Gusnark for sharing this clip with us. I’m bummed I missed this fight, I was around but I never really know when the big shows are on.
For those of you new to MuayThai the fighter in Red is Singdam Kiatmoo9 and Lertsila in blue. Singdam is a former Lumpini champion and sportswriters fighter of the year; I’ve got several of his fights up just do a search.
Lerdsila I believe is a former Rajadomnern champion and consider to be one of the best pound for pound nak muays in the sport.
I haven’t seen that many Lerdsila fights but he always makes me sit up. He’s got crazy, timing and teeps. When he’s crouched down low like that you can’t imagine he’d be able to get teep out so quickly.
Judging by how badly he tossed Singdam around, I would have to say, he might be one of the best grapplers in MuayThai today. I get tossed like that by 10 year old kids, so if Singdam is getting tossed like that… that’s got to say something.
i was just talking to a guy from k-1 last week who was training with singdam – working on his clinch. said he was incredibly strong. i’m on super slow net speed and can’t load the video to check this out….anyone know what weight this was at?

This is one I am going to be watching over and over again. I can’t believe how many different throws Lerdsilla managed to utilize in the same fight.
Pity about the video quality though..
It was written all over Singdam’s face that he didn’t feel like he won that fight. Great fight.
Great technical fight. Awesome dumps by Lerdsila, awesome name too… automatically made me think of Godzilla! =p
