Many thanks to banana128 and Mlucas for sending this one along… As some of you may know Sarm-A (Sam-A)is set to fight Kongsak in a few days time, it’s being billed as one of the fights of the decade. Sanchai is also on the bill fighting petchboonchu. If you’re in an around Bangkok on may 10th you should make your way to Lumpini.
I did a post a while ago, asking you guys to submit how many kicks you could rattle off in :30 sec… Let’s just say Sarm A is on another level.

whoa, just whoa. The key I found out is to power your leg both ways – I still managed 47 in 30 but letting my leg fall instead of powering it down cost me some time – of course my kicks aren’t as powerful as Sarm-A’s either.
