Came across this clip from our friends at MuayThai.es… it’s a clip of Sanchai’s son, Diiow sparring with another boy from Bangkok.
Must be enormous pressure to perform…. I’ve spoken to a lot of Nak Muay with children, and I always ask them if they want them to fight… the response is nearly unanimous, they would not like to seem them fight. Universally all parents want their children to have a “better” life then they did…
At 1:52 Sanchai says “ you need to switch your stance and kicks… he doesn’t have anything… you can fight him… you’ve got better weapons then him… if you can teep, then teep, if he kicks you hard then kick him hard…
For those of you who train at KO you may catch Tony Reiss in the background looking very unimpressed.

I remember watching this video a few months ago as well unimpressed. I dunno, maybe I was expecting more from the son of SEANCHAI. The lil kid gettin it in on Diiow ( who definitely had the read advantage). Then again I doubt that Seanchai has a lotta free time to be teaching his son with his busy schedule as it is so it does make sense.

The other boy, Ankur, isn’t from Bangkok. He is from the South Thailand and is related to another fighter at the gym.
Here is a video I took of them clinching a few weeks later.

Akua has a big heart and no quit. Hilarious seeing the men enjoying it so much. Reminds me of my uncles making me and my cousins wrap our hands in towels and box each other for their viewing pleasure..lol

Keep in mind that Saenchai’s son is not a fighter, he’s just playing with other kids at the camp.
His opponent , akur, fights everyweek in patong.
