It seems like these two guys are at it every other month! This bout took place during the Lumpini Birthday show a couple of weeks back. This will be their 4th meeting, Sagetdao leads the series 2-1 which always surprises me a bit… I’m not a big fan of his fighting style but it’s definitely effective. Sagetdao is like a praying mantis… he just locks people up, finds a home for his sharp knees. I guess every fighter has their kryptonite… for Sanchai that’s Sagetdao.
I’m finding that watching these two is a bit stressful. Each of these guys has to pick their moments precisely, no mistakes and definitely no wasted motion… great bout.

Seanchai was laying some combos in the last couple rounds. I think he couldn’t make up the deficit from the previous rounds though.

The more they fight the more Sagetdao adapts to Saenchai’s way of fighting. I think that fighting internationally against aggressive fighters like liam and kevin has made Sagetdao a more aggressive fighter and more exciting to watch!
Without a doubt he is an amazing NakMuay and one of the best in the world today but is underrated due to the fact that he can be boring to watch but if you put him in against a fighter who comes in aggressive Sagetdao would come back ten times harder!
I don’t think he is a natural type of athlete, he seems more like one of those fighters that has a ridiculous amount of discipline and dedication and that gives him an edge. He has a solid jaw as well. Just look at his fight against Liam, we all know Liam throws bombs but Sagetdao took them like it was nothing and stalked Liam like some kind of robot! The only thing I dislike about him is that sometimes he can be sooo clingy! I don’t mind clinching but I would get really frustrated with anyone chasing me around trying to hug me the whole fight like that crazy clingy ex girlfriend that’s always up in your space!

What a brutal war. Great fight. I don’t know how these guys can be standing after that type of punishment. Sagetdao fought a brilliant fight and deserved to win.

Looks Sagetdao seems to have Seanchai’s number. Seanchai must be pretty frustrated…lol…what is he, 1-3 now????
