Penake defeated sarm A pretty good. However sanchai dominated penake
Sanchai in my opinion is still p4p best mt fighter.

That doesn’t mean anything. On so many occasions for example I have seen fighter A win against fighter B and then fighter A lost to fighter C. And then a month later fighter B (who lost to fighter A) knocked out fighter C (who beat fighter A).
Certain fighters just have trouble against a type of style/fighter and also the outcome can be determined on so many other things like how hard a fighter has trained for a that fight or on how they feel on the particular day like for example if a fighter is ill 9 times out of 10 he will still have to fight if it isn’t anything too serious because its his only source of income.

Can anyone tell me why Saenchai hasn’t fought Sarm-a recently?

I think it is a weight issue.
Sarm-A fights around 122lbs and Saenchai oftentimes around 130lbs
e.g. Sarm-A vs Penake was at 124lbs and Saenchai vs Penake was 127,5 – 129lbs.
Getting down to 124 or so would be pretty tough for Saenchai.

Sam-A is too small, he fought at 119 pounds earlier this year. I guess its possible for a show in Europe or something, but that fight will never happen at Lumpini or Rajadamnern unless its Saenchai vs. Sam-A, Kongsak, and Penek all in 1 fight sort of deal. Lol

Ahh..glad to see another Saenchai match. i actually sit and pause and slow mo his drops and combos..so much mastery in any 5 round match of his. So grateful to be around and in muay thai at the time of such a great one.

id like to see sanchai in full aggressive mode the whole fight. he gives Pen-ake a taste in the very beginning. id like to see the mind of badr hari with the skillset and body of sanchai in a fight.

Saenchai…..Next to Samart as one of the BEST Muay Thai fighter of all time (in my book). Saenchai made short work of his opponent…An opponent who is no slouch and who has been on a roll as of lately. This goes to show you that age ain’t nothing but a number.
