This is a fitting fight to show after Alex’s review of Lookphrabat Muay Thai camp. The clip features one of their star fighters Rungruanlek vs. Tong Puideenaidee. Those of you who like a technical battle will enjoy this fight. Towards the third round it’s a very tight and technical clinching battle.
I’ve been clinching quite a bit lately, I dislike it… but I know it’s absolutely essential to your development as a nak muay. For those of you who’ve been clinching with me, I know you’ll appreciate the inside elbow work from these guys.
