I was just on MyMuayThaiChaiya.com and came across this vid of two MC practitioners having some fun. Check out Nathans post for more deets…You may recognize Tae (white shorts) he was one of the main actors in Muay Chaiya.
Any case, I was sort of taken back by how nobody got injured within this short 3mins. Without fail I always seem to catch an elbow with my toes. I’ve crack my toes every other sparring session. I was watching Tae’s blocks and I can see how he angles his knee in. I’m surprised Kru Pong didn’t injuring himself driving a kick into Tae’s knees.

Looks fun. Cool how they didn’t kept it pretty casual. How come all the kicks were low kicks? Is that how Muay Chaiya does it?
there were some mid line kicks however I think they weren’t doing much higher than that for control’s sake as it was a friendly exercise and not a match.

P pong Not injuring because not use more power when kick he know to safe he leg too. ^_^
