These two were the main bout of the Por Pramuk promotions show last Friday. Orono (red) is such an entertaining fighter, he seems like he’d be a lot of fun for a night on the town. Everytime I see clips of him he’s clowning around either dancing or singing.
For those of you who don’t know him, he’s held numerous titles Lumpini/WMC etc. Still not impressed? How about two TKO victories over Yodsanklai? Damn, that’s how he rolls! Not bad for a guys who starting fighting when he was 15.
Nong- O Sit O, is a ranked in the Top 10 at Lumpini, and has recently beaten Muay Thai Fighter of the Year, Wuthidej Lookprabaht. He also coming off a 3rd round ko loss to Sanchai in the just a few months ago. Such a quality fight, many thanks to NakMuayMx for sharing and uploading.

Yea orono tko-ed yodsanklai twice when yodsanklai was still a new face in lumpini, I still think Yod is better =p

Anyone else baffled with the decision? Orono looked sharp, especially in the clinch

The commentator said that the odds starting swinging towards Nong -O, he specifically pointed to how Nong -O adjusted his technique in the clinch. Since Orono is so much taller, Nong-O really latched on to Orono’s neck and went to town.

Nong-O si great. I love his style.
Here he was simply better, well Orono was the aggressor, but Nong-O was technically better; better in the clinch and threw more clean kicks.
Yeah, Orono has beaten Yod in the back days, today a story would be probably different. He’s great, but Yod has grown both physically and mentally. I think Yod would won, I even dare to say by a KO.
Nong-O has beaten Wuthidett? Didn’t know that. Where can I see the fight, anybody saw it?

Anyone have vids of Orono’s fight with Yod? That was a long time ago, and I think it def would be different today.
When Orono is mentioned I always think of the great Black Superman who gave Sackmonkol and Dekkers more than they could handle.

Is this the same Orono that beat Sanchai a year ago or so?

One and the same. Orono seemed to struggle in his last Slamm! outing. May be it was the last minute prep as Thailand was experiencing issues with airplane bookings due to PAD protest scares.

I still think that Orono won that fight at Slamm!

I do too Dudamir. It was closely contested however imo.
