I’ll try to keep an eye out for footage, but I doubt it will be easy to come by. It goes without saying if you come across any footage you should share! Anyway, I thought I would bust out some of footage of Buakaw and Wayne Parr. I thought it would be fitting as they’re going to be touching gloves in about 24 hours.

Great fight.
Great heart from both fighters. but in fairness i dont think that should have gone to an extra round. JWP was shit hot at the start of the fight, but Buakaw was technically dominant pretty much the whole time.
I cant wait to see tonight’s fight!, when the footage is finally released..

I agree with buuface. Extra round was not required. It’ll be interesting to see this under FTR. I’d tip Buakaw to win because I think he will win and because Buakaw isn’t as much of an excuse making engine.

AJARN ALERT !! sorry but can’t find anywhere else to put this…while at newsstand, looked up and saw our old friend master toddy on the cover of black belt magazine…was pushing something he called the “cobra punch” which looked like, i don’t know, a straight right to me…anyway, also dispensed some “wisdom” in article…definitely worth look, but not a buy :)

here is the clip..look at part 1 and 2. If you watch part one you think you are watching old school kung fu movie…and a plug for a focus mitt is which is what he calls cobra. I think this cobra thing is a marketing thing to sell his pads.

I trained Muay Thai in Las Vegas, and every other gym that I’ve met hates Master Toddy just as much as I do. He’s Greedy, and he likes to put guys who have 6-7 fights against guys with 1 fight so his fighters win, and a lot of the other gyms complain that when his fighters are losing, the judges will call the fight a ‘no contest’ to avoid his fighters receiving a loss. I have no respect for him.

Well, I threw down my sheckels for the online PPV. It’s at gofightlive.tv . I did it because of the reassurances given to me by the guy from gofightlive and I’ve used them in the past and was never disappointed. However if I get cash raped again I’ll share my experience with all of you.
I did catch some of the promo videos. It was basically a hooray Australia fest covering Parr, Carnage and the Mrs.Parr. They get a lot of basic facts wrong like apparently JWP has now had 200 fights. I had a chuckle at Mrs.Parr saying she was basically so hot that in Vegas they tried to make her a card girl. Uhh okay…..
There is absolutely no camera time for any of the Dutch fighters, Patrice Quarteron and Cosmo Alxeandre and minimal camera time for Buakaw, Kaoklai and the Thais.

Well the online PPV was pretty much a bust. 3 fights in and the stream is broke. I wonder how the getting my money back step is going to work with gofightlive.tv is going to work.

Dont feel bad, I spent $15 trying to watch this on PPV but all I got to see was 2 fights….I am pretty upset about this as imagine my surprise when I clicked the “buy now” button on my remote and I was greeted with “champions of Champions” written on a black background on my TV screen. Little did I know that that same screen would remain there for 35 minutes until I was able to finally watch (what I think was) the first bout….Mosa vs a fighter from Belarus…Then followed Buakaw vs JWP….then followed…..nothing….kno why?….Cuz My DVR was set to record the damn event….but since the event most likely ran overtime because of the “champions of champions” screen….all the other fights never got recorded…..the worst part is…..it seems that it’s not coming on again. FUCK!!!!!!!

RISARC just ran a train on every Muay Thai fan’s ass that bought this. I honestly don’t put blame on gofightlive.tv or the PPV channels. They can only run what’s provided to them. It’s just RISARC is so busy scamming fools out of their money and fucking up this event by wedging in a fashion show in the middle of the fights it’s insane. They cannot do basic shit like make sure an audio and video feed is up. What a bunch of incompetent assholes. But they got the money and I’m sure that’s what they wanted.
Well 2X of getting your cash stolen has taught me. I will never support RISARC ever again and I will share my experience of the cash robbery with as many people as possible. Clifton threw in with these fools quick and he was happy to work for them despite their history of taking peoples’ money and delivering a shit product or incomplete product. Seriously the least professional, sloppiest done PPV I have ever witnessed.

oh by the way folks……I’m not the only one who got skunked while watching it on TV….turns out it wasn’t only 35 minutes……it was 1 HOUR worth of dead air before the show even started and outta all the fights…..only 2 were televised. Those are coming outta other people who have paid to watch this SHIT!!! I can’t believe I got F*CKd twice.
