Nopparat vs. Egon – Kings Birthday

December 10, 2008 by nopstar

The Kings B-day tournament was held just a few days ago on the 5th.  It was put on by OneSongchai and the WMC.  I’m not positive but I think the winner of this tournament get’s into season 2 of the Contender Asia.

Here’s the first fight, I came across… Some of you may recognize the voice of the commentator, Mr. Rob Cox.  Damn he always get the coolest gigs.

The last time I posted anything on Nopparat was his fights with Bovy.  I know next to nothing about Egon Pirana.   As always I ask that you keep the spoilers off the site, I’ll post the other clips as soon as I can get my hands on them.  So if any of you come by them feel free to send them my way.  Many thanks to willkill4cash for the upload.

    ah damn, what a rip.

Cox just really didn’t seem interested in Egon at all. Kinda downplaying him off the bat – I was all for Nopparat winning but shit, I’m glad Egon proved Cox wrong. jerk.

Hmm kinda lost. Nop grabbed his left kick..then they both fell. Egon came out after like someone gave him an enema against his will, but I never saw any contact that would make Nop appear groggy and slow..yet he was. Oh well I guess the knockout was too graphic for Youtube so they panned out to the audience..lol. Must have been a hard hit..Nop was wobbly like me on jaegermesiter

I was really surprised buy Egons legs. He was kicking well form the beginning, then he snuck that left leg up stairs. I haven’t been watching fights for a while now, I non thais started learning to kick in the last few years?
