Muay Thai Minute- Teep Catch and Elbow

2

Happy Friday Nak Muay… Today Coach Damon Faulkner of Singdayt Muay Thai takes us through a variation on a counter to a teep.  With this muay thai technique it’s important that when you have both hands on his teep leg, that you are clear of his hands.  Also it’s important to note that you aren’t just pulling your opponent in, but you are also stepping in at the same time to close the distance.

Enjoy!

I started My Muay Thai back in 2006... I was tired of reading about MMA, and wanted somewhere I could watch real muay thai fights, be inspired and connect with others who love muay thai as much as I do... I currently live in London... when I'm not geeking out over muay thai you can find me bombing around London on my scrambler, ferreting out the latest street food gems.

I’m not liking these new Muay Thai Minute’s at all! Adrian isn’t getting taken down like Martin used to, I miss that.
Joking aside, keep up the good work and keep ‘em coming ;-)
