Happy Friday Nak Muays!, today’s technique is a simple but effective.  Hopefully you’ll have an opportunity to drill this with your partner.  It works well when you’re in the middle of a one for one exchange.  You could throw a kick to the body but this is far more effective as a leg kick.  Your getting them as their weight and balance is fully on their plant leg… mmmm leg kicks.

Have fun, work this one into tonights sparring.  As alway’s props to coach Damon and the team.  The team will be in Woking this weekend, if you see them definitely give them some love!  Go luck Big Josh!

  1. Since no comments yet, just wanted to add I totally dig Damon’s MTM. Learning ton of helpful tricks. Keep ‘em coming!

  2. I agree with Diimak these are good. I’ve been incorporating them. I did the catch teep and pull maneuver when I was sparring the other day and it totally took my partner by surprise. He had this “what the fuck just happened to me” look. It was priceless.
