Happy Friday nak muays and welcome to another Muay Thai Minute. This weeks technique is one of my favorites. I’m partial to teeping peoples legs, and I often get caught with this one. It’s incredibly quick and effective.
Their’s a nastier version of this, instead of turning your leg to the side, you raise your knee to meet the teep. Yes it hurts like shit… So if your sparring someone tonight who likes teeping your leg, give it a go. It’s better if you let them land a teep or two to your leg, it’s sets it up quite nicely.
