This week Coach Damon takes us through a simple defence against a leg sweep.  We recognise that there are dozens of variations on this, we probably won’t get into them all..

For this to be effective, your shin really needs to be “dug in”, and you’ve got to time your hop just right…    Many thanks to Adrian Crookendale for helping on the minutes.  Adrian is a “B” Class fighter for Singdayt Muay Thai.  Adrian will be fighting  Richard Lee (59 KG) from Team Tieu, on October 20th at the York Hall in Bethnal Green London.

If you’d like to come out and support these two fighters you can buy your ticket’s here.

  1. Thanks! Seen it before but never broken down like that.

  2. I like how Adrian looked a little bored at the end. I’d have to agree with Grime. Seen this before but never broken down.

    • Well we’re all bored if it doesn’t end with a sweep..

  3. saenchai does this 25/8
