What’s up Nak Muay? Happy, happy Friday.    So I think we can safely say today’s technique isn’t really appropriate for tonights sparring session.  I think your going to have to reserve this one for the next time you need to lay someone out.

This technique definitely falls under the take one to give one category.  You’ll need to have impeccable speed and most of all timing to pull this one off.  If your like me, you’re going to have to eat some to give some… you’ll need to keep you guard up and take a few, the pay off of course is that bare elbows trump 10 oz gloves.

Please use responsibly!

  1. One of my favs, we drill that one at least every session. For a shortie like me its good to counter flailing windmills as a result of beer muscles=)..once you are in the follow up combinations are endless ..and effective. In one of the more recent Khem vids I noticed he used this lead elbow to close distance and f/u with leg kicks..real clumsy if you try it since the range dont feel right…but it is Khem after all..and he made it look smooth

  2. my favorite elbow without a doubt! great job yet again.

  3. Easily my favorite elbow as well.. So effective against those wild punchers..
