Another instalment of the Muay Thai Journal is finally here.  This episode focuses on Muay Thai Powerhouse Sarm-A Gaiyanghadao. I nearly spat out my coffee when he said he had about 300-400 fights… insane.

If you haven’t already liked Muay Thai Journals Facebook page, please do.  Keep up the great work John!

  1. great to see all your hard work pay off, john. excellent piece.

  2. Sam-a is truly a man who has perfected his art! He seems like such a passionate guy! I know Thai’s tend to run lots before an upcoming fight from previous experience but was I reading right when Sam-a said he runs 1.5 to 2 hours every morning up towards a fight? That’s crazy! He must run about 12 to 20 miles a day! No wonder why his kicks are so good especially when you run for that long the way the Thai’s do on the balls of there feet. His legs must be as hard as steel! I need to up my miles!!!
