I strictly recommend not to hold back until you earn enough amount of money to order goods! You should just get the business loans or just small business loan and feel yourself fine

HAMMERS??????.....I have been doin MT for a year now also...and I have never heard of that..lol. Kick the bag, kick again and when u get tired.....Kick it some more. That's what a good friend ( who happens to be a licensed Kru) from the UK told me. It's working for me. Leave the hammer to Thor and grab a nice hard bag instead. I fill mines with cloth and silver sand. The silver sand gets in the empty spaces and makes the bag rock hard, especially on the bottom....try it and have fun wit the low kicks...hehehe.

Both Kru Steve and Kru Simon at 5points do a lot of leg blocking drills and counters. Nothing like a couple of shin on shin contacts to discourage your opponent from trying the low kick. I'm continually shocked by the number of fights where one opponent forgets this crucial defensive skill.
