Knee Counter, Off Balancing Technique

3

Today coach Damon, takes us through an off balancing muay thai technique.  I think we’ll do a series of these as their a loads of variations on this.  These techniques look great when you’ve mastered the timing… for those of you who’ve spent time training in Thailand, you’ll know these techniques are favoured among the really skilled pad holders.

This will really only work if the person initiating the knee is really going for it, it’s got to be a realistic knee otherwise the momentum isn’t there.  Enjoy!

On a side note we really enjoyed filming this one.  Adrians languishing fall is a muay thai minute classic!
