This Muay Thai Minute has been a long time coming… many thanks to Matt and Huggy Bear for making this happen.  In todays double feature, American Nak Muay extraordinaire and donut eating champion, Kevin Ross takes us through variations of a reverse elbow (Sok Klab).

I think it’s safe to say, don’t pull this on your training unless your wearing elbow pads, be careful, have fun.

  1. Those techniques which needs to be timed perfectly to succeed are probably the most beautiful in Muay Thai. Thanks

  2. That’s clip is how wonderful!!

by the way, What’s donut eating champion?

  3. Didn’t Rafi Zouheir do an earlier MTM with the exact same technique??

    • Rafi did. I think this was worth doing for not only reinforcement, but also for a different take on the same technique. I liked how Kevin emphasized splitting the guard…

  4. Actually I didn’t win the donut one but I did win the burger challenge, pizza challenge and taco challenge hahaha. Thanks guys. @Tibun, not sure brotha I tried to do one that hadn’t been done on here but I didn’t exactly go back through and look at all of them

  5. should have dumped him

  6. yea but dont hold pads for this move ……..trust me

    • No,Mark. Trust me on this one hahahaha

      • How about just make sure the pad is where it is supposed to be fools!!!

        • I’m talking about Mark making sure his elbow goes to where the pad is :)

  7. Huggy; 3 out 4 titles isn’t bad. When is the unification title bout happening?? hahaha

    • Ha, man I’m retired from eating comps till after my next fight. I usually only do 1 in between fights but since I ain’t been able to fight for so long there’s been like 3 and that’s waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many!!!

  8. its not that hard to hold for, as long as your holdee ins`t trying to spin like the Tasmanian devil. usually. probably wont wanna try it with focus mits with a new partner, though=).
Suds caught Attachai wit the first variation in Last round of a fight
