Props to Historian of MuayThaiFocus.com for posting this vid,If you’re a regular to MMT these two fighters shouldn’t be strangers to you. Kem is the fighter that was supposed to be a contestant in the second season of the Contender Asia… he would have been if his passa enkrit was up to snuff. I guess the producers felt that the audience was too slow to read subtitles?
Sudsakorn has recently been one of the favorite Nak Muays on MMT… in his last fight that I posted, I think a lot of us felt he needed to clean up his hands a bit…

September 18th @ Lumpini
Even when he was going bobble head, he still didn’t bring his hands up. I don’t know if it’s because he’s already out… or if he’s to cool for school.

too cool for school. hands down. sudsakorn just tries to clown his opponents all day. that didnt bode well for him this fight. i almost felt the anger building up like a bovy fight. kems celebration after the first knock down was fucking hilarious……kem only threw one elbow after suds was dazed. i WISHED FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART that he would have thrown a massive right elbow and dropped his ass.

anyhow suds was showing some amazing heart/fighting instinct. that first left sent him into lala land.
September 30, 2009 at 8:49 pm
Pretty weird how he didn’t have the instinct to shell up…. still, his kicks and teeps and reading of the same are sublime.

WOW, didn’t expect that at all… Yeah, I still remember the last fight of Sudsakorn that you posted Nop, and well… I guess it was only a matter of time. Still, I was really impressed with how he was timing Khem’s kicks before he got sent to lala land. Hope he learns to keep his hands up now…

BTW, I thought the Kem that was supposed to go to Contender 2 was Kem Fairtex, is this the same guy? He has a different name on the vid’s title…
October 1, 2009 at 8:50 am
it is the same guy, after it was sure that he wont participate in contender 2 he went back to his original gym.
he had a fairtex contract for the contender issue

Great fight, Sudsakorn was little ahead on points I guess, but man he got stretched out. He was not as cocky and overconfident as in some other fights, but you got to pay the price someday I guess.
Great win for Kem, shame he won’t participate in Contender Asia.

Just trained along side Sudsakorn at RMB in pattaya a couple weeks ago and he trains as if he’s to cool to keep his hands up (Ekapone holds for him). He’s very slick and has a powerful kick. I did notice that he seemed a little lazy during training and he does’nt turn his heel when he kicks the bag. Not a bad dude but he is definitely felling himself.

Just saw Sudsakorn fight in Hong Kong this weekend and he KO’d the opponent (forgot the thai’s name) w/ a straight right in the second round. I could see why he’s got a rep of being cocky w/ his deceptive style but the dude has got some major skills.
OH and BTW for those who follow Teelak Fairtex he’s hanging out at a gym in Hong Kong now. Just fought in two fights last week – badass mofo.
