K-1 World Max Eliminations 07 – Kyshenko vs. Soo-Hwan Lee

June 29, 2007 by nopstar

Prior to this fight, I hadn’t heard of Kyshenko. By the way what was up with his K-1 intro with the hazy effect and the flower? Anyway… Christ this kids got hands. As always many many thanks to WeLoveKamatari and Kevin1813 for keeping us entertained. Thanks for the upload

He reminds me a little of Anuwat the way he keeps hammering Lee’s body. He’s got such a vicious left hook. Shit I felt bad for lee the last 20 sec. of the fight it was like Kyshenko was playing t-ball with his head.

I’m going to try to find some of his older fights. I would really like to see how he’s fair against one of the big guns though

They have a new voting category (normally it’s just MVP and Best Bout) in MAX called “Combination of Strength and Looks” and Kyshenko is leading that one with 20.1%. Tells you something about MAX’s demographic.

I was watching some of the unclipped fights and thought that there was an inordinate amount of shampoo and hair care advertising.

I’ve seen a lot of comments on the blog wondering why some fighters are invited to K-1. I guess it’s sex appeal…

the advertising proves what demographic is really interested.

Oh and thanks again for taking the time to upload these vids. WE ALL appreciate it.

Maybe he wants to be the new “Nature Boy?”

The k-1 ringname translates to “the beautiful grim reaper”.

Oooooh… that’s about as good a series of hand combinations, head & body, that I’ve seen in K-1. Max needs some new talent and I’m looking forward to seeing more of this guy.
