Buakaw is definitely beatable (sad to say!)

I don’t think neither of those fighters should retire…..but on the other hand, Souwer and Zambidis might wanna start lookin’ that direction as they haven’t done anythin special in quite some time. Is it me or does it seem like I haven’t heard from kohiruimaki in a minute. Did he retire????

Sorry dude, I wasn’t trying to twist your words around intentionally.

I was just trying to say that I think Buakaw is beatable. I’ve been saying so for a while now and no-one really wants to believe it.

I’m not saying he’s not talented . . . I just think he’s not fighting smart, or fighting to his potential. And he hasn’t done so for a while.

(I know Yod and Petrosyan aren’t in K1max . . . that was sorta my point . . . some people are saying Masato should retire and let these new guys in . . . my point is Masato is fighting better than Buakaw imo and therefore shouldn’t Buakaw be the one to make way for the younger fighters?)

Anyway, hope I didn’t piss you off.

The bottom line for me is I’ve been disappointed with Buakaw’s attitude/training for about a year and a half now . . . whilst my respect for Masato has continued to grow.

Greg W, I had no idea that people were shittin’ on Masato for being Japanese.

Fight Geek, I feel like u were tryin to twist my words around to prove ur point (Just a feeling though :-) …lol)?…I hope not because if u read wut I wrote it says “Other than SOUWER and MASATO, who else stands a chance to beat him???…”….It also meant in k-1 World Max (Yod and Petrosyan) are not in K1 World Max. (oh….and Buakaw fought Petrosyan in the past).

Who said that Masato should retire?
He’s a great fighter, he beat Buakaw fairly. He has all the cards to become a champion this year. I just want to see some top class Thai fighters and more Dutch fighters in MAX.
Anyways we are just couple of hours from the event.
Can’t wait to watch and discuss this shit. :)

Cheers for the info! I don’t think there’s anything more embarassing than being in Japan and missing the K-1 entirely.
