Things have shaken up in the bay with the closing of Fairtex San Francisco. The gym and its trainers; Bunkerd, Enn, Ganyao, and Jongsanaan have all made a huge impact on the world of Muay Thai and a resounding impression the world of American Muay Thai, and MMA. The guys have dispersed throughout the Bay and California. “The Wooden Man,” has

landed at El Nino MMA, Gilbert Melendez’s gym in the Dogpatch area of San Francisco on 25th and 3rd st. The large warehouse is perfect for Jongsanaan. Not only is he being housed by one of his students but he’s also surrounded by other top notch team members; including Mark Mian of the Alter Center and Albert Salopek of Accelerate Sports Medicine
I got a chance to talk to Jongsanaan and Gilbert about opening the new place, and what their goals are for their new spot.
