John Wayne Parr Vs. Buakaw Por. Pramuk

John Wayne Parr will be challenging Buakaw for the WMC middleweight title in Stockholm Sweden. I haven’t been able to find the exact date of the match, I’m pretty sure it’s around June.
This should be a very interesting match up. If you watch the interview of Buakaw in the Kick Fighters documentary, he gives JWP his props. He basically acknowledges Parr’s abilities and that if they were to meet (K-1 Max) it would be “Soo See Mak” a very close match.
In a recent K-1 Fans forum post JWP goes on to call this “the fight of my life”. It’s gonna be a battle, Anyways I’m looking forward to it and wish him the best of luck.
I can’t wait to see that fight, the last bout they had was a pretty good one and JWP held his own. It’s also good to see JWP still compete in his 30’s…it gives me hope…(I’m 28). So they will be fightin in June…I wonder if that fight will be better than Buakaw vs Johmod??? I wanna see Masato in the K-1 World Max Final this year..against Buakaw of course..lol. GO Buakaw!!

The last time they met (which was Buakaw’s 1st Max), it was Buakaw’s most competitive fight. Buakaw is an even more devestating fighter now, and I’m interested to see what JWP can do against Buakaw’s boxing. Both fighters are very exciting and good luck to them both!!!

Great news! The tickets was realesed 9th of mars and can be bought at http://www.ticnet.se. Hurry up to buy tickets if you want to come to see this “fight of the year”, because tickets tend to be sold out really fast here in Sweden, because the succes of the earlier events.

The fight between JWP and Buakaw will be in May already. May 19th, 2007 in Stockholm, Sweden.
my trainer Eric Haycraft (www.teamhaycraft.com) is going to be in JWP’s corner that fight. I think this one is going to be much more different than the 2 prior to this one because WMC awards points based on a more traditional muay thai basis, as opposed to K1 which tend’s to award points to whoever looked the most exciting in that bout.
Hate to be the one to break it to u bud. But it looks like JWP will no long be fighting Buakaw. Check the latest Article on this site.
