It’s Showtime

I wrote a post on this last month. It looks like they’ve begun taping… its being put on my It’s Showtime, the Dutch Muay Thai promotions company. These guys are responsible for most of the big fights that happen in the Netherlands. The show “Its Showtime Reality” takes 22 fighters from around the world, sends them to SuperPro on Koh Samui in Thailand. They’ll work themselves down to two finalists. The winner receiving 100K plus a contract and the runner up receives 50K.
I can say with 100% certainty this show won’t make it to US shores. Nonetheless I’m glad to see our sport getting more exposure. I’ve never heard of the SuperPro Gym, it’s co-owned by a Thai and one of the Dutch promoters. I’ve been trying to get a good look at their gym, but their website is so Jank. All I’m finding is dozens of pictures of the gym being built. If your going to bother putting up a dozen pictures of the gym being built, don’t you think you should include some of the finished gym? Just a suggestion.
They seem to be pretty focused on MMA, for trainers they’ve got JZ Calvan and some other guys from American Top Team listed.
It’s been a while since I’ve been on Samui is beautiful…despite have a large population of German pedophiles. It’s also a little pricey to get down there. Dii Mak spent a little time at the WMC gym in Samui, I think he was thoroughly unimpressed with the training there. Any of you guys know about this gym?

well don’t know about this gym, but how do you get to know about these event before they start picking guys to send. so that you can be in the selection process. where are they picking these guys from is there advertisement. or what.
They advertised this, all over the forums. AX kickboxing, and k-1 fans.
Why is this about muay thai and yet khun thai mai me judging??
