It looks like Khun Thakoon and the Thai Fight promotion team is putting on a show in conjunction with Stand Up Promotions. The fights will be in Anaheim and it’s schedule for August.
For all you West Coast US Nak Muay’s this is going to be a show and a half. Obviously this isn’t 100% confirmed (I’m waiting to hear back from Khun Thakoon) but the line up is sick…
You’ve got Buakaw Por Pramuk, Sanchai, Kaoklai, Saiyok and Rungravee. This will be the US debut of Buakaw and Saiyok…

Guys, I’m an East Coaster and I’ve got some friends out in LA. I’m starting to turn the wheels of making a week long Muay Thai pilgrimage out to Southern CA to train and then end by catching this fight and linking up with the MMT crew. Looking for recommendations for a few camps in and around LA where I can get some quality THAI TRAINING…(You guys know what I mean. NOT “MMA/Muay Thai”, which we all know is quite different. I mean…Muay Thai…You know, that stuff!) Any suggestions? I’m going to start piecing this together. Looking forward to meeting up with you all in Anaheim!
