Inspiration Take 2

Props to TongPo for passing this one along…   The last time I found myself in a training rut, I wrote this post on motivation.  This time around, I decided to make a video of me training… I hope it helps motivate you.

I like to keep my training methods old school, no fancy weights or gyms.  In this particular work out, I’m doing a little knuckle conditioning and old school plyometric training.  I’ve been doing this for a while so I would recommend you starting off with much small boulders.

  1. So all I need to do is toe poke boulders to make them explode, karate chop boulders in half, and I can have a semi hot chick with a lazy eye wash my bloody hands…Sweet! I guess I better start my new drills.
