If you’ve guys have been keeping with the news you’ll see that Thailand is experiencing some very bad flooding. At my fathers temple in Uthai Thani they’ve got about 6 ft of water. It looks like Bangkok maybe safe for the moment, but most of the norther and central plains have been severely affected. The death toll has risen to nearly 300…

If you’d like to open up your wallets and help out with a small donation, the Bangkok post has listed a number of reputable charities.

I had a chance to speak at Rob Cox this morning and things and he sounded positive, let’s hope all of our friends can make it through this unscathed.

made the trip east from bangkok to buriram two days ago. what is normally a 5.5 hour bus trip took slightly over 10 due to passing through flooded areas. currently buriram is fine/heavy rain but no flooding.
