I wanted to catch this on TV, but after watching a couple of the clips on You Tube I’ve decided I didn’t miss much. I like the format (pseudo science) at least it’s entertaining. I’d like to know where they grabbed a lot of there test subjects. Seriously… your a Ninja? Here is a relevant clip for you. It’s nothing you don’t already know. I would have liked to have seen a measurement of the leg kick, elbow, and a round house. Melchor Menor huh? I guess I should be happy they didn’t grab Kit Cope. I’m sorry about the length, I wanted to edit this down but I’m an FLV editing noob.
