It appears out friends from the Contender have got a busy month ahead of them. Makes sense considering the show is just wrapping up in Australia, US and GB. I was just visting MMT friend Zig Zach’s blog and they’ve got another show towards the end of the month in Singapore. I’ll be sure to cover it when we get a bit closer.

For our Australian readers if your within a few hours of Brisbane, you should be all up on this. You can find out how to get tix here.
I think the JWP vs. Dzhabar should be a close one. I’m really on the fence with this one. Dzhabar is really going to have to work, if he want’s to win over the crowd and judges on this one. My gut says Dzhabar is going to pull this one off. I feel like he’s a young and on the rise. I think JWP has the experience, I think JWP has to take take Dzhabar out of his comfort zone. I don’t think Dzhabar has the maturity to keep it together. Anyway that’s my two cents. I think it’ll go into the later rounds and Dzhabar will eek out a win. Thoughts?
Preecher and Sean is a differen’t story. I don’t have a clue. Both of these guys have been active. I beleive Sean has been training out Malaipets old camp, Sasriprapa. He’s looked pretty good in his last couple of fights. Macfie I think is coming off a loss… again I think it’s going to be a pretty good match up. It’s a home crowd, but I think Sean is just to strong right know. Sean with a decision… I noticed sean registered on MMT a couple of months ago, but hasn’t commented. Would love to hear from you!
John Wayne Parr vs. Dzhabar Askerov
Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.
I’m having some technical difficulties, for whatever reason I can’t get more then one poll to show up at the same time… I’ll let you vote in the Preacher vs. Wright soon.

I’m a big fan of Sean, I really like his style and I think he’ll make the decision vs. Bruce. As for Dhzabar, I think I agree with your prediction, though maybe I think it’ll be a bit easier for him than you do. He just has so much hustle and power in those hands, and whereas he can always tighten up and learn control, JWP is, unfortunately, fighting off the effects of age…

Another great event.
Dzhabar vs JWP - JWP has the experience and is very tough, but Dzhabar is young and hungry. Last time they met was very even. It will be experience vs youth. Dzhabar can take this one.
Sean vs Bruce - Bruce has weak legs and Sean has powerful low kick… Sean with UD if not OK.

The fight im interested in is dane beecham against Badato. Dane has had success in thailand and I think he is a good prospect for the K-1 under 60 division.
