This was another bout from this past weekends Lumpinee Krekkai show. Damien Alamos (aka Kwaitong Gym) is defending his Super light weight title against Aranchai Pran26. Eric from Muay Thai is life has done a very nice profile piece on Damien, I suggest you check it out.
For those new to Muay Thai, Alamos is apart of a very small and exclusive club, of non-Thai Lumpinee stadium champions. He earned his belt earlier this year, by defeating Kongfah on points.

Fight was kind of sloppy IMO. I think it was Aranchai who made it ugly with his forward pressure to stuff Damien’s reach advantage, not a bad thing strategy wise of course, just makes the fight hard to watch lol. Good win for Damian though, we need more farangs being competitive in Thailand and i think France is the exact country that can be competitive.
