This is also from the other nights Krekkai show. Featuring Damien Kwaithonggym (Alamos) and Thongchai. Damien has been keeping busy with 10 fights in the last 10 months… would love to see any other top combat athlete keep that schedule!
As always many thanks to Champboxing Magazine for the beautiful HD footage!

Tough luck for Damian, I guess this will be a learning step for him and I am sure he’ll come back stronger. Nice elbows from Thongchai thou. Really caught Damian off guard!

one inch elbow.
good stoppage. the ref saw like 5 elbows in one second and was like, ‘fuck all that.’

damien was looking like he was super focused. when i saw the fight length i thought damien could have gotten the ko via a kick to the head or elbow.

mad kudos to Damien Alamos but let’s say that Thongchai is slightly different from Kongfah and Arunchai..

thongchai is more aggressive. for sure. Alamos tend to get flustered with aggressive fighters as of late. If they stay on the outside and bang Alamos do ok. IF they pursue and pressure he tends to clam up.
