Another good fight. Nice elbows and respect to mickael who put up a good fight!

Excellent knockout by buakaw. Although I can’t help but laugh at the announcer calling him “Thailand’s national treasure”. With all Thai judges and that kind of nationalistic promotion, if his fight goes to a decision is it even remotely possible for him to lose?

just noticing a bug for Firefox users… apparently videos embedded in the header of my site aren’t showing up on Firefox… So far Chrome, Safari and IE users should be ok.

this fight was pretty stupid. buakaw is a massive champion and the other dudes record was like 38-17, and buakaw got cut too. and the crowd goes fucking crazy….
actually the worst part was buakaw standing on the ropes after defeating a super easy opponent for him/

Actually the worst parts of the event were Amrani freaking out and Kem acting like a complete prick.

this is a thread about this particular fight. are you confused?

Just compared his behaviour with the other two i mentioned, nothing wrong with that. And nothing wrong with him standing on the ropes, he has just a different self-conception, maybe because he never got knocked out by lower tier farang.I think you´re hating a little too much.

Good entertaining fight.
Getting CUT by a super easy opponent?? Apparently he wasnt that easy as he was able to cut the “Massive Champ”.
Buakaw is a great fighter as well as a Showman, standing on the ropes is merely A display to honor and acknowledge the crowd that pays his salary.

uhhh no. buakaw wasnt ‘suppposed’ to get cut by this hand picked fighter. you think standing on the ropes after fighting a hand picked opponent is natural? his management is turning him into a massive tool. and its pretty damn clear.

At least you’re consistent.

lol….U guys are funny!!!!

To me, Mickael didn`t look that easy opponent. He even seemed to have some kind of a game plan. I think if he would go forward, punch harder, kick harder, he could make it much better. IMO, first round was after him, not giving anyway from Buakaw.

I agree. I expected Piscitello to be a pushover but the guy has skills and came to fight. I think that people need to be less hung up on records and actually look at the performance. There are plenty of guys out there, like Mabel for ex. who are much better than their record suggests. At one point in his career, even Pinca did not look so good on paper.

WOW!!!!…I guess Buakaw thought it was gonna be a walk in the park but it ended up being a much tougher fight than he expected. Mickael has skills and gave a run for his money ( along with a shut left eye…lol). I didn’t expect the fight to be at that good but I was pleasantly put in my place. I’m sure what was more surprising though……the tenacity of Mickael, Buakaw’s swollen eye….or the Elbow knockout???

well if all goes well buakaw is fighting FOBZ aka FABIO PINCA in mid march!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

look closely at buakaw’s left eye, even with poor youtube quality it seems swollen to me. The white lotus is one of my favourite fighters but I think people are learning his current game plan.
