Many thanks to Joshua1990 for passing this one along.  Mr. JC Skarbowsky is putting on a show June 19th in Paris.  It’s being billed as Thailand vs. France.  The line up looks decent.

To be honest though, if I went it would be to check out Aikpracha in action.  The last time we saw him he was putting on a clinic against Fabio Pinca.  I suspect Boughamen is going to get worked badly… The last time we saw Boughanem was against Pinca at the Thai Fight.

Dernchonglek vs. Lidon should also be interesting… Lidon better brush up on his clinching!

Besides the usuals, I’m not sure who Thong Thong is… I’ve seen Brian Denis fight in London, he’s quite skilled, one of JCS fighters.

Sanchai vs Mehdi Zatout
Sudsakorn vs Yohann Fauveau
Aikpracha  vs Youssef Boughanem
Dernchonlek vs Yohan Lidon
Thong Thong vs Brian Denis
Adyl Khodja vs Bobo Sacko
Sofiane Bougossa vs Albert Chey
Vatsana Sedone vs MIckael Peynaud
Anne-Laure Gaudry vd Saida Atmani

  1. Great line up. Also nice to see albert Chey in the line up. He is a great talented fighter.

  2. Nop did you miss this fight of Youssef against Diesellek in march? –> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jzb3FiSNEJU&feature=youtu.be

anyway nice card, the only thing that i don’t get is how Eakpracha (great fighter indeed) is getting so many fights overseas while the best fighter at 67/70kg is actually Sitthichai (who badly beaten Eakpracha @Raja)..maybe because Sitthichai is now fighting at Lumpinee, but onestly i see him going harder in beating foreigners, just my opinion.

    • I totally agree with you. Sittichai is probably the best fighter at the moment around 67kg. I think even better then Khem. He was supposed to fight Mohammed Khamal in Lumpinee, and after he was supposed to enter a muay thai tournament, which was cancelled as well. Would like to know why he doesn’t compete a lot more..

    • I know exactly what you mean. Sitthichai is a beast! He was off for quite a while after he injured his shoulder so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it but he will get his chance again. He’s still young and has a bright future but totally agree, they need to put him into more international fights. He fought last December against a French man and won in a spectacular fashion and also just beat Petchasawin last month so he still definitely has it.

    • Sitthichai and Eakpracha are at about the same level IMO. That fight was awhile ago and both are better now. I could easily see Eakpracha winning that fight if they fought today. But I agree that Sitthichai should be getting more fights against foreigners overseas. Maybe promoters don’t want to over saturate the market and have Thai’s cleaning house? Just like with K-1, they would allow multiple fighters from other countries but just 1 Thai for a tournament.

      Sitthichai’s last fight against petchsawin…

  3. WAR THONG THONG

    • just watched the Dernchonlek Sor. Sor. Niyom vs Youseff Kiatphet fight…..that is def one of my favorite fights ever. a clinch clinic too.

    • Wow Youssef handled Dern size and range real good, thought he was gonna end up on receiving end but man those sweeps were nice.

  4. thong,t-thong thong, thong-thong!..cant get that stupid song outta my head now

  5. It’s not about talent… but who you know. Who your promoter is affiliated with etc.

I had a well known promoter tell me he could bring, Sanchai, Sagetdao but not Pornsaneh… said he couldn’t even touch him because he belongs to another promotion…

it would be difficult to get all the best talent one a single ticket, too many hands in the pot…
